We are located in Los Angeles, California, USA. All of our prices are in US Dollars.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 shipped to addresses within the USA.
We also offer the following shipping options for orders within the USA:
- $7 – for Standard shipping (typically 5 days) of orders under $100 (USPS First-Class Mail Parcel or USPS Retail Ground, depending on weight)
- $12 – for 3 business days shipping service (USPS Priority Mail)
- $49 – for 1 business day shipping service (USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day)
Please allow up to 2 additional days for processing of orders marked for Standard or 3-day shipping. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. PST (or PDT) marked for 1-day shipping will be processed the same day.
We do ship all over the world! We charge $49 to ship items outside of the U.S. by non-express services. We do not pay customs taxes or fees. If you are unable to select your country at check-out, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package by the expected date, please contact your local USPS office (or local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
We want you to love your items but understand that sometimes items need to be returned for various reasons. For all returns please first email us at email@example.com to request an RMA number and our return address.
We accept returns of items purchased at the full price (non-sale items) if the return is received within 21 days of your purchase and if the item is in original new condition with tags still attached. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are not eligible for returns.
Important: Your RMA number must appear on the shipping label or written on the outside of the package. Returns received without an RMA number, or more than 21 calendar days after the purchase date, will be returned to sender unopened.
You are responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will initiate your refund within 3 days of receiving your return.
When shipping an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If you haven’t received a refund by the expected date, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be returned.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
To exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will ask that you follow the instructions given above under “RETURNS,” but instead of bank credit processed through your credit card company, you will receive a store credit code by email which you may use towards the purchase of a replacement item at current prices.
Return shipping charges will be waived on exchanges requested to replace items with manufacturing defects.
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will notify the gift giver of your return and they will receive the refund.
I want an item but you don't have my size. Will it be restocked?
We try our best to make sure that inventory on all products shown are as up-to-date as possible, but occasionally we may have an item tucked away somewhere. Generally, we don’t restock items in an effort to keep our prints and styles changing. That’s why when you see a print you love, you should snag it ASAP. But don’t let that keep you from emailing us to find out if an item is coming back or if we can dig around to find a skirt that might have gotten misplaced with the tops!
I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What can I do?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible. If the item has not yet shipped, we will fix your shipping address.
I love my item but it's too small/large. Can I exchange it?
